At the young age of 3 years old, Leopold exemplified this talent by capturing IFSHA Grand National Championships in the following disciplines: Dressage Suitability, English Show Hack, Western Pleasure and Tandem Riding. Leopold also took reserve Grand National Champion in English Pleasure Hunt Seat and Drive & Ride. Competing in numerous disciplines has been easy thanks to quality bloodlines and a sound mind. From the beginning, he was rewarded 1st Premium Reserve Champion status from the Dutch inspectors at his breed keuring. Leopold has also received a classic Stallion title and approval to breed from the American Friesian Association. Whether in competition or out on the trail Leopold has demonstrated a willing attitude and excellent work ethic. His child-friendly disposition is a classic Friesian trait. The Griffin's two year old daughter is often aboard Leopold with her father on trail rides. For the discriminating breeder, he is sure to add that something special to his foals.
